I'll need to recommend that you take a look at the FAQ for making maps. Right now, no one is going to look at this and take it seriously. The FAQ should help you with that.

I'm by no means a timing expert, but use this to help get you going. You'll find that placing notes is easier if you have proper timing:
BPM: 140.405
Offset: 5,383

General guidelines:
* I can see what kind of rythm you are trying to establish with your notes, but it's just bland. Try to liven it up.
* Combos going above 15 can bet stretching it at times, and a combo running up to 28 is just unreasonable. they don't need to be that long.
