Rubbish timing? Bull. Seems fine to me.
Your main issue seems to be pretty patterns over spacing. Patterns are nice, but on Easy, they must be spaced properly, or you are going to confuse newbies. Further in time = further in space plz, especially on Easy. The spacing jumps in your patterns would make a nice Normal chart (maybe), but inconsistent spacing is absolutely a no-no on easy.
I found two good examples of ways you could properly space your notes, but you must pick one and promise to stick with it. Both of these combos are spaced evenly throughout, but differ from each other in spacing. Either feels right for this song, so choose whichever you like.

Your heart is in the right place pattern-wise; you must simply learn to space your patterns properly.
