Also, my settings were set to default and it said that I had 0 beatmaps, but then when I started up the game all my beatmaps were back, but It said that they were all new.

If you have connection troubles in the future,
A. Try logging in again/logging out then logging in again.
B. Check that your firewall settings aren't interfering with your connection to Bancho.
C. If all else fails, bring it up here in the Bug Reports forums and we can all see what we can do to help you.
