osu! has no dependencies outside its folder. You can also install osu from scratch using only osume.exe (~170kb).

That's what prevents me from playing osu! at school. :( The computers used to have admin rights in 7th grade, but now they learned,(since I was putting Flash Player to play some other games)and I can't play osu! there. :(

Oh well, I'll stick to Touhou Project and Haruhi Gekitou. :P

Maybe peppy can state what libraries are needed to play it exactly so you could include it in the folder.

You can't do that with core .NET libraries. osu! is already as portable as possible.
