00:19:689 (4) - after you delete that note ^, take the NEW 4 and move it to 00:19:82 (the blue line)
00:23:95 (6) - make this six start at 00:23:81

also, go up to the top menu. Click Timing -> Resnap All Beats

A lot of this isn't snapped and a lot of it is just on the complete wrong ticks. Go through this really carefully and try to get these on the beats. Also, keep your beat snapping at 1/4. 1/8 is a no-no

Check your beat placement on the timeline for everything. Resnap all notes
make sure you're using Distance Snapping and keep it consistent throughout the map.
Only start a new combo when the music changes. The different colors look cool, but that's not what new combos are for. They are used to show changes in the music. Thus, the term New Combo.

Let me know when you make all these fixes and are ready for another modding via PM.
