First, the good bits: I love TWEWY, and I love Minamimoto, so this song was relevant to my interests. Unfortunately, there were a bunch of issues with spacing the notes together, but that's the reason for the Pending forum, and since this is your first map we can use it as a learning experience for your next ones.

Here's an easy way to get really good spacing between the notes: Turn on Distance Snap (by either hitting Y or clicking the DS button) and either turn off Grid Snap, or set the grid resolution (in the View menu) to 3.

Now then, the unpleasantness:

Easy:
00:19:78 (1) - If you want this slider to match up with the sound effects, then move it 1 beat to the left, and add 2 more beats on the white marks between it and the next slider.
00:27:90 (2,1) - This jump makes my eyes bleed, unfortunately.
00:31:08 (1) - Shorten this spinner by 1 beat on the right side.
01:07:08 (3,1) - Another nasty jump that needs to be fixed.
01:19:08 (1,2,3,4,5,6,1,1,2) - A bunch of spacing errors here, the cursor seems to jump at lightspeed to and from the slider. Also, the slider seems to go off the screen (!).

Normal:
00:12:72 (5,6) - This jump doesn't match the spaces between the previous notes.
00:13:78 (8,1) - Again, nasty jump is nasty.
00:44:84 (1) - Take one repetition off the left side of this slider.
01:07:78 (1,2,3) - More giant spacing jumps.
01:19:08 (13,1,2) - The 13-1 jump is giant, and the 1-2 jump misleads the player.

Hard:
00:19:78 (1,2) - Another spacing jump.
00:30:37 (7,8) - A slight jump in spacing, but definitely not the largest on the map.
00:33:20 (7,8) - And more of the same.
00:40:61 (4,5,6,7,8,10,11,12,13,1) - A few more jumps.

By now, I think you get the message; This map is going to need to be re-spaced. However; If you do that, as well as do more to line up the various notes with the music, then this map will be closer to being rankable. And one more thing: It's not important that you have your spacing exactly as Distance Snapping tells you it should be; The most important part about good spacing is that it's consistent, so that the player's mouse is moving at roughly the same speed while hitting notes.
