Sometimes, usually when the spinner scores a 50, the score burst marker is missing. Caramelldansen [JAMES DIFFICULTY!!] is notorious for this. (The second and third spinners right at the beginning.)
Of course, the player doesn't know they hit 50s on those, so they keep on playing, only to get an A.
Strangely, Ouendan does this too sometimes, so I dunno, maybe you decided to implement an "authentic bug" or something.
