First, you should learn the rule from mapping a map if you want it be ranked 
1.dont let your color's number become too large, i saw 5X in your map, and thats terrible
2.why your "insane difficulty" is easier than "hard" one?
3.most important, Use Distance Snap if you can set the same space between notes
How to DO?

i found many of notes were not set on the sounds
