I'm working on a song with multiple bpms, and when I realized I placed all the notes a beat too early, I went to change it, and all the beats were snapped with the dividers of the 1st timing section, so it appears that if you try to snap a beat when your cursor is not in that timing section it screws your timing over, I had to go back and resnap each section individually.
