BPM- 128.45

I might be wrong though (bpm and offset should be same for all three diffs)
The video is flv, most players can't see it, so convert it or get rid of it (also.. it seems like the file was poorly downloaded, the video just cuts off half way), and the bg image is too blurry, get a more suitable image. Also get rid of the unnecessary files in that folder (that unknown - unknown, and default pic).
Aside from those, you have a fairly clear understanding of placing notes.... but not spacing them with distance snap or timing them, it'd work better when you fix bpm (hopefully), plus, usually you don't tend to need to use 1/6 beat divisor.

1. Changed the pic.
2. I have changed the vid into avi (i hope thats better(^_^)
