OK, here's what to do. In case you can't figure it out, you walk left and right and climb up and down with the arrow keys, you jump with Z, you shoot with X, you restart after dying with R, and you get your password after dying with P. You can continue after going to the password-screen, so don't worry.
Now, when starting the game, DO NOT click on START, unless you want to play without checkpoints(You don't, trust me). Click on the Japanese text below START.
First, jump onto the platform, then quickly jump away back to the right, and press left as soon as you pass the spike-thing. You will fall down to a room where Guile is. He will either do some sort of spinning kick, which can't be avoided, or a normal kick. Just keep trying until he makes a normal kick, so you can fall down. Then, in the next room, fall down on the platform to the left, and QUICKLY jump over to the one in the middle(Zangief will jump down from below to crush you). After that, jump to the right to reach a checkpoint.
Now, you should get to a room with 3 platforms. The first 2 go down, but the third one goes UP, so jump off the third one as fast as you can. Also, don't hold the button down when jumping from the third platform, or you will hit the spikes in the ceiling. Just tap the button.
In the next room, two guys will be holding a huge platform, so it doesn't push the button below it. If you shoot one of them, the platform will push the button, and the spikes in the ceiling will fall down, killing you. So jump onto the small platform to the left, then jump to the big platform, and jump to the other side. Also, if you stand on the big platform for about two seconds, the two guys will throw the platform into the ceiling, so don't.
In this next room, jump onto the sign, then onto the platform in the middle. From here, jump down between the edge of the platform and the happy... thing. In this room, I refuse to tell you what to do, but I can tell you one thing: Do NOT click on the button in the room after that, since it will kill you. Just go on to the next room.
In here, jump onto the reachable platform, then onto the next one, and jump to the top of the ladder. The bottom half of it will fall down if you grab it. In this next room, keep going up to jump of the ladder, and then land on the platform to the left. After that, just jump to the left to get to the checkpoint. Just remember what button you normally jump with. :] After that, go to the right edge to get to the first boss in the game.
Boss: Tanasinn
HP: 15
Strategy: When you get in to the room, jump up to the platform on the top, shooting Tanasinn as much as possible while doing so. After you get there, jump down, shooting it like a freak. After that, just shoot it as much as you can. Make sure you don't hit any of those small things that come out of it(You can shoot them to destroy them). When you manage to shoot it, a huge thing will come out of it. It cannot be destroyed, so just avoid it. After 15 hits, it'll be dead.
When you've defeated Tanasinn, a cloud will come out from a hole in the ceiling. Jump onto the cloud, and make your way out of the room. Then go to the left, and go back to the first room of the game. From there, go to the right to reach the second boss.
Boss: Pedobear
HP: 50
Strategy: Stand underneath the second platform from the left, and shoot Pedobear until he runs up and jump over you. Then go under the second platform from the RIGHT, and keep shooting him from there. When he gets, back to the right side, go to the second platform from the left, and... Yeas, I think you get it. After 50 hits he'll be down for the count. Without doubt the easiest boss fight in the game.
When you're done killing Pedobear, fly to the right, and then fly to the right again, to reach Airman's level. More tomorrow.
