Looks like 124.00 BPM at ~42 ms offset.

02:19:88 (1) - New timing section. Reduce hit volume.
02:31:49 (22) - New combo.
02:35:36 (26) - New timing section. Increase hit volume. Add a Finish. Break after.
02:39:23 (27) - New combo.
02:42:62 (34,35) - Don't stack these under 02:42:13 (33). Make them move up or down. (This is an Easy mode, right?)
02:45:52 (36) - New combo.
02:50:84 (43) - New combo.
03:02:46 (46) - New combo.

What a relaxing song you picked.

For some general things: Are you using distance snap? The map generally plays well regardless, but some the spacing seems a bit misleading, try turning on the distance snap and respacing stuff. Another thing is that you have some rather large combos. Generally 15~16 is considered to be about the maximum any combo should go to.

Otherwise I'd say you're on the right track for a 1-Star difficulty. Just a nice, calm note patterns.

Remove .01 from the BPM, inherit timing sections and resnap. Lower slider velocity. Rename to 'Calm'. Distance snap the whole thing. Make a harder difficulty.

00:35:36 (2) - New combo.

00:43:10 (4) - New combo. Remove finish sound.
00:46:97 (1) - Whistle sound.
00:50:84 (3) - New combo. Whistle sound.
00:54:71 (3) - New combo. Whistle sound.
00:58:58 (3) - New combo. Whistle sound.
01:02:45 (3) - New combo. Replace finish with whistle.
01:03:42 (1) - Remove new combo.
01:05:35 (4) - New combo.
01:06:32 (3) - Whistle sound.
01:07:29 (4) - New combo.
01:09:22 (3) - New combo.
01:10:19 (3) - Replace finish with whistle.
Beyond here, it is too difficult compared to the rest. Make it much easier.
