Double-Click for everything.

I need to double-click everything in Osu that would normally only need a single click. In-game, and throughout the menu's. It's unplayable and difficult to navigate.

Anyone got any idea what's wrong?

Is another program grabbing focus?

When osu! doesn't have focus, clicks to it do nothing. This is annoying, but I guess it prevents accidental clicks.

I removed clicks when not active because it was MORE annoying that way (click osu! window to gain focus and accidentally click menu item you didn't want).

I have the same issue. I am on a tx2500z, and the software that is loaded does not allow keymapping for the pen tip, only for the side button
