I can see where you had timing problems.

This song has some many "ninja offsets" that just comes right up out of nowhere if you're not careful. And, with that factor, it makes it harder to find a stable BPM. :o

There of the offsets of where I notice the song "skipping" out of the beat. I might be slightly off though.

00:43:87 - That pause between this section REALLY made the timing more difficult. :o

But.... the real problem is to get the notes in sync. If there is a way to counter the "skips" in the song, this map will have a chance of not being nuked.

Edit: Some of the offsets might not work out it seems, but its because it somewhat sounds late, even if there was a perfect BPM. I could be wrong, but it was really difficult to time trying to follow an unsteddy beat.

First, I'll tell you what I noticed about the map itself (Only Insane btw). Probably you still have to start working on the hitsounds, but remember to lower the volume when you will.
Avoid off grid beats like 00:34:74 (2) and 01:02:07 (1).
Now, the timing. I'm not good at it but I'll try XD

00:07:36 (5) - I don't think you needed a new offset here, it sounds weird
00:22:29 (7) - Unsnapped
00:34:74 (2) - This sounds a little bit early, but maybe it's better if you leave it like this XD
00:43:81 (1) - This sounds off too, you may need a different offset here
00:49:36 (7) - This one needs a new offset, it's too early on the purple tick and too late on the white one
00:59:54 (10) - This offset doesn't sound good (the whole timing section actually)

I don't know, you should use distance snap, I see your beats are distanced manually, but it's not done so well, like [Easy] 00:49:41 (4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11) - some are equidistant and they change (i.e. 4 & 5 are the same, but 5 & 6 are spaced differently, it does the same later on and before. Also here in [Insane] 00:22:80 (2,3,4,5) - 2 & 3 are same distance as 1 from 2, but 2 hits 3 way quicker. anyways, a much easier solution would be to turn on distance snap, turn it on and select your notes with the select tool, once you select them, move them to the distance. eeedit: distance snap helps people read maps, if you've never heard a song, you should know to hit further notes later and hit closer circles quicker.

I have a feeling you don't REALLY need this difficulty, you do have an Easy

most of the spacing works here, so it's not as difficult to mod as the others.

00:34:76 (5) - should be further (this is some of the spacing errors)

this needs more notes. right now i dont think even a seriously mentally challenged person would have trouble SSing. Also, your combos are too long for a map this slow and please try to space your notes better (distance snap is a good tool to check that)
Actually, now that I'm looking at your other difficulties I think it'd be best if you just deleted this diff.

your bpm is off...specifically it is slow but don't ask me to time, i suck at it...try increasing it and inheriting everything and see if you cant get it to sound right

Well, I suck at hit sounds, and adding them makes the map feel even weirder, IMO. Maybe I should skin some sounds for the map?

(And, the song is kinda zZzZ, so yeah. ;P)

Is this just for Hard or for all the difficulties? I'm sure I use the same timing for all of them.

Yes the spacing is variable, but I think it's doable since the beats are following a simple and catchy rhythm.

BPM 237 is just your bpm doubled, its not required at all, though do at least round it to 118.5
I didn't check offset, seemed fine to me

err how does one do a hitsound mod with little hitsounds :P

I'll give hitsound suggestion, cuz if you want me to do it for you, the list will be too long to look at >_<
imo, the hitnotes still a bit loud for this song, down another tick or two

Easy-
umm add a hitsound (whistle > clap imo) to every second note or so, and finish to last note of the light... streams? yea, just keep hitsounds simple for easy

hmm the "every second note" hitsound thing would suck for this diff, just create some hitsound combination with clap or whistle per combo, and spice up each ending with just a few more hitsounds than the rest of combo...
Like a random example I came up with as 00:04:85 (2,4,1,5,7,8) - add whistles << just example
00:22:58 (1,2,3,4,5) - this does sound nice~ but there's no follow up on it
00:41:83 (2) - same as Easy, etc etc
00:42:84 (1,2) - soft whistles! (don't add whistle-sliderslide hitsound though!)
00:46:89 (1,2) - ^
you can almost get away with not having to add hitsounds for this (since those few hitsounds might be "enough")

Insane- the streams make this a 5 star, but I hardly think it's worth it :P

00:59:56 (10,11,12) - why is this so much closer?
01:03:61 (1) - ew, no, clap end following no hitsounds sounds bad

It's not recommended to put offsets on the exact note. This can cause trouble with hitsounds changing and stuff. So place it 1/1 beat before :)

00:23:09 (2) - Sounds weird because of the car claxon.

All difficulties feel fine about spacing, skin (i lol'd xD) and such, but timing feels weird:
The section from 0:50:00 to 0:55:00 and some beats feel very late to me.

I dunno, maybe this map needs more offsets?
