I'm unsure, but doesn't the "Taiko only" option force Taiko mode when hitting Test? (I've never tried this. If this isn't the case, that's a bug, IMO!)

Something like "Taiko only" should be added for CTB ("CTB only"), or have more buttons (ew), or a radio-selectable menu item (hmm...). Or something else.

To be honest I didn't ever plan on allowing CtB only mapping. Either way there is already a thread on this here so i'm locking this one (which has an incorrect topic).
