NOTE: I'm getting an unnatural lag in osu!, so I'm not able to test your beatmap for the moment.

[Overall]
- You'll need an Easy difficulty if you want to get this ranked. Nope, [Normal] is not Easy enough.
- You should change the background color even if you have a background. Why? Because, while the thumbnail is loading, the BG color is shown, so... Yeah, just for a nice effect.
- Stack Leniency: 0. I've heard this is unrankable, so you should increase it.

02:11:30 (1,1,1,1) - These spinners only get 1000 Bonus with autoplay. :[ This is unrankable too.

I think it will be harder to hit if I change as you said The section now is hard enough.

00:36:78 (3) - 1 grid right and 2 left to match with the end of 1st slider
Normal:
00:09:78 (1,2,3,4,5,6) and 00:12:78 (1,2,3,4,5) - I realy dont understand these parts, why dont you make them look like 00:06:78 (1,2,3,4,5,6) or smth else but symmetry...
01:02:28 (1,2,3,4) - 1 lvl3 grid up to align with 01:00:78 (1) and 01:03:78 (1)
Insane:
00:16:91 (5) - what is that for? I think sounds better without it
00:18:41 (6) - ^
00:19:91 (6) - ^
00:22:91 (5) - ^

Modding again... Modding again... Everything seems ok.

[Timing]
Alright, timing seems to be spot-on. I can't suggest a better offset.

[Easy]
00:50:28 (1) - Be aware about these kind of sliders... Since it's only a 1/2 beat slider with many repeats, it's almost impossible to know how many will they be. Since there are no guidelines about this, I won't tell you to change, but please avoid this for future beatmaps. :)

Everything else is fine.

[Normal+] (Wow, good fix! :D)
This difficulty felt great! I can't find anything wrong with it.

[Insane]
01:32:28 (1,2,3,4) - I agree with Alazy, these 2x sliders don't fit.
