Hello, I have configured mouse for left-handed people in windows and my primary button is the right button, but in osu! the primary button is always the left button. This is important when selecting songs in the song selection screen, it does not affect playing or other menus.
At first I was going to make a feature request for an option to swap mouse buttons, but searching I have read this post from peppy and that's the reason I report it as a bug.
Edit: I have tested in two computers, one with XP Home and the other with Vista x64.
