I checked this and I am sorry to say that there are two pretty major problems;

The mp3 does not load and is ~42mb large, which is too large for a beatmap. Please see what you can do to reduce its size
The video is ~43mb, which is also too large. Try re-encoding it without sound and with lower quality/size.

Your diff is also unreadable in editor for some reason, I'd recommend reuploading once your mp3 and so on is fixed.
