60 bpm and 0 offset is wrong, and I can guarantee you 99.9% of the time that it will be. Make an effort to time your maps before submitting them please. ;)

-Both Super Easy and Super Hard are 1 star. That should tell you something right away. :P

-For a 30ish second song, I would avoid using breaks entirely.

-Don't stay in 1 spot with your beats. Move around a bit. (Don't forget to distance snap).

-Add hitsounds (whistle, finish, etc.)

-I can't nuke this, so that image above will have to suffice. :(
