I might be wrong, or probably, but try-
BPM 158- Offset 1101
BPM 163- Offset 13,596
BPM 158- Offset 170,730
^ Re-check the whole thing's timing after applying those.

You might want to use soft hitsounds for this.
I'd say you have the basics down, but still needs lots of work~
There are too many hitcirles, add more sliders, and too less hitsounds, be creative, and don't spam (like the finish hitsounds)
And there isn't distance snap used, please use distance snap.
Rule in using spinners- if auto can't get 2000 bonus, then its too fast of a spinner
And add some breaks, too
