Whenever I watch a beatmap on auto that has a slider followed by a regular note then another slider, it goes through the note and to the slider in a split-second. Occasionally it slows the first slider and completes about 3-7 notes in a split-second. This never happened before, what happened?

What map shows this bug?

I'm interested in reproducing.

Several actually. It evens randomly changes the speed of the song.
Here are the current beatmaps I've found it in:

(Happens on "Hurricane")

Insane difficulty, it seems to mess up alot.

I tested with this and am unable to reproduce the bug.

Is your computer top-notch, or low-end? Lag may be causing the problem.

I'm pretty sure lag isn't the problem, I've watched again, and the scrolling "Watching Osu! play ______" scrolls at regular speed.

This is what I recorded of it.
I see nothing from that recording. The framerate is too low and unstable.

Have you tried disabling the video? Can you point out the time in the map where the problem occurs (grab time from editor)?

Better version with Comparison.
Eh, I can't really see much from the video. It's way too laggy. Is the original (non-Youtube) significantly clearer? If so, can you upload it somewhere?

I still don't see the problem on my own end.

Turn off the Framerate Limiter

Here is an *EXTREME* example to effectively demonstrate the lag referred to by OP:

The new version of osu! seems to more likely to get behind realtime when playing Auto for some reason.
