offset 1550？に変更してみて下さい。あまり自信はないですが（汗
それと、slider tick rateを 1　にしてみて下さい。
両方変更したら、全てのサークル、スライダーがtimelineバーから目では気づかない程度ですが微妙にずれているはずなので、一度バーにあるサークルスライダーを正しい位置にずらして戻す作業をしたほうが良いと思います。

返答遅くなりました
色々試行錯誤してみて今の状態になったんですが
結構教えてもらった形と違う形になってしまいました
またおかしいところがあったらアドバイスくれると嬉しいです
