Doesn't add the right score

I've updated Osu! to b176 now and I noticed that it doesn't add the right score points to the ranking.

I played a song (first time) and i got about 300000 points but the program added only about 40000 points! Next I played another song and I got about 54000 points and the program added nothing!

This doesn't happen in the accuracy percentage.

Did this happen to someone else?

Points will be added to your "total score". Ranked score is specifically for the HIGHEST score you have ever achieved on that beatmap (only one score from all available difficulties). What you mention is correct behaviour.
