BPM: Just make an even 118 as the BPM
Offset: 19,251
For both difficulties: After making the offset change, highlight all beats then move them over to the white tick. Resnap all notes afterwards just in case.

Easy~

01:03:48 (3) - New combo.
01:14:16 (1) - Too close to 1's endpoint. (Stacking is fine if you want to do that)
01:20:26 (3) - Too close to 2's endpoint. ^
01:26:36 (4) - New combo.
Remove the 2 breaks at the end unless you're planning on doing some more.

Normal~

00:40:09 (1) - Add some kind of sound to this. Possibly a finish sound.
00:43:90 (1) - Remove new combo.
00:44:16 (1) - ^
00:48:23 (1) - Add a hitsound.
01:24:32 (3) - Too close to 2.
01:26:36 (4) - Make this a new combo.
01:26:62 (1) - Remove new combo.
01:51:78 (1) - Add a break after this note.
02:08:81 (7) - I kind of don't like how this sounds.
02:27:37 (10) - Kind of too far from 9.
02:31:44 (5) - New combo.
02:33:21 (6) - Don't like how it sounds.
02:42:89 (4) - Put this in it's right place if it isn't already.
02:45:04 (1,2,3,4,5) - ^
02:49:87 (4,5,6) - ^
02:51:90 (2,3,4) - ^

01:51:78 (1) - Add a break after this note.

Osu complains that there is not enough space there.

Follow this requirement first, than resnap all notes.

[Easy]

00:26:79 (1,2,3,4) - Spacing.
01:38:48 (1,2,3,4,5) - No jumps on easy maps.

[Normal]

Another offset? Change it to 19,251 and resnap all notes !!

Seems like easy :/

This diff is full of errors, 1st : all notes placed on blue lines, and that is wrong.

You have to follow my offset, and resnap all notes, and replace if necessary.

Add +1 or +2 overall difficulty.

Fix this and next i can re-mod your map

[Very Easy]

00:23:31 (1) - Align with the end of slider.
00:55:35 (4) - 1 square up.

[Normal]

01:06:793 (x) - Add note here.
01:07:047 (x) - Add note here.
01:44:039 - Delete the break and add again.

Now is good ^^ For normal : Add more notes! Map hard diff!
Another suggestion, use custom colours
