Well I fixed the spacings and everything...
I added hard that uses 1/4 beat snaps
One thing I can't change is the Artist... Says I already have 2 beatmaps out...

The only thing i found was that is that the sliders sounds better with 1 on the slider tick rate and that you need to make the slider at 00:42:669 1/4 shorter on normal

Always take the following as suggestions.

[Overall]
Make the soccer(or "football" to you non-americans) ball move at least. ;P (A cool effect I noticed is on the wiggly sliders(in [Hard]), you could make them all like that. ;d)
Even out the Kiai in all the difficulties. (Make them all the same.)
Even out tick rates too.

[Easy]
00:10:13 (1) - Lengthen by 1/2.
00:28:59 (Break) - Reinsert it.
00:31:59 (1) - Shorten by 1/4th and add a finish at the end.
00:33:43 (Wide Gap) - Add a break or something please.

00:28:59 (B) - This break feels kinda unneeded. Try looking into adding a note or two. Maybe a slider.
00:31:70 (1) - This slider stars 1/4 late. Move it 1/4 back and adjust the end point.
00:33:43 (B) - You can replace this break with a 3-note repeating slider.
00:38:97 (B) - For this one, you could redo this part around here. You can try adding in a spinner.

01:23:74 (4,5) - At the point where (4) is, I was thinking between either a slider or spinner to replace it and extended to at least 01:25:13.
01:26:05 (1,2,3,4,5) - Sounds like it should be just two notes than five...

Notes: This map would need some work too and make sure the jumps are carefully set as well.

Overall: This map is going to need some work. The breaks appear to be just thrown in while there should be some notes to fill in that blank space. But the song is only about a minute and a half so at least 2 breaks would be enough (if they can fit). Also, its possible to use different beats so you don't have to stick with the main beat. Sticking with one set of beats would get you stuck when it comes to mapping. Also, make sure to use the distance snap to save you trouble later on. I'll drop my star in then.
