that offset (second offset) is definitly wrong for the beginning of the stream. for the late stream it seems to fit. im not sure about the bpm, but the offset is around 40-50ms earlier, however that makes the late streams come to early. so there should be a second offset somewhere in this stream.

Offset2: 28155 (possible -/+ 10ms)
