If this is game is made using XNA, why not try porting it on Xbox 360 for XNA Subscribers, along with USB keyboard and mouse support?

True enough, it would be quite a bit of trouble. The main reason is due to the external libraries I use for sound and video, as most of the code I have written is directly portable. Unfortunately, the libraries available on xbox for audio are pretty crappy in general, and make synchronisation a hassle.

And in the end - the number of users with an xbox with keyboard/mouse are so few this definitely would be more trouble than its worth!
