I just think you sjould consider reducing number of notes in Normal. It is considered actually as an Insane.
Even Hard mode look like Insane... Consider trying to reduce Normal mode to 3 or 3,5 stars.
It looks like you like to create Insane song anyway. Good Job! :)

It doesn't have preview point, you can add one in Timing > "Set current point as preview point"
Kiai time is not snapped, maybe because you changed the offset, go to the timing points where the kiai time is and pick "use current time".


[Another]

Kiai doesn't end at all, pick and ending point.
Use distance snap!, the whole difficult is very hard to read.

00:03:627 (1) - The end is not snapped, move the end of the slider a little bit until it fits in the tick.
00:07:128 (7) - What is this?, the BPM of the map does not allow this. It can be replaced with a hit circle.
00:17:128 (7) - Same as above

00:01:876 (2) - Fix the end of this, it is not snapped.

-The times are good ;).
-HP Drain Rate i would change to 3.


~Normal:

-The map is okay, okay but a bit faster.
-HP Drain Rate: change to 3.
-Approach Rate: change to 4.


~Hard:

-The difficulty is very similar to insane.
-Approach Rate: change to 5.
-Overall Difficulty: change to 6.


~Insane:

-The times are good but, you need to speed up, because the hard is almost the same velocity that this.
-Change the Circle Size to 5 or 6.


*General:

-The Kiai mode begins at 00:19:650 (3) - and ends in 00:25:650 (1) -. Then again in 00:27:400 (6) - and ends 00:33:150 (14) -
-And in the end if you like, you can put again the kiai mode in 00:33:650 (1) - and ends in the end of the song.

For some reason, it is not showing the bit rate. But it must fall between 128kbps and 192kpbs.

00:03:650 seems like the right time for preview point since this song is a conversation and only 35 seconds long.

Put hit sound file for soft-hitclap. Because people who are not using default skin will be hearing random off noise with only "soft-slidertick2"

Try to make slider points like this

I think you should refer to Lanturn's Easy to see how to hitsound. Try to imitate his hitsound patterns.
Your combos are inconsistent. I suggest using new combo every 4 or 8 beats (on the big white ticks). For example: http://puu.sh/5KTsp.png
00:07:400 (1,3) - I think you should prevent these from overlapping. Try moving them like this: http://puu.sh/5KSWc.jpg
00:13:150 (4,6) - When these stack in game, it makes overlap between (3,4). If you move (4,6) down 1 grid and right 1 grid (ignoring DS), it will look much better in game. (In editor: http://puu.sh/5KTe2.jpg) (In game: http://puu.sh/5KTcm.jpg)
There are many more overlaps which I feel can be avoided using slight shifts in placement, or maybe by increasing DS to 1.2 for the entire map. I won't list all of them, please find them yourself.
00:25:650 (1) - I understand what you tried to do here, I don't think you should use speed-ups in a Normal diff. It can be hard for the less skilled players, especially there are no visible sliderticks indicating a speed change. Try sticking to 1.0x SV?
00:33:400 (1) - Make the spinner start on 00:33:650 - .

Same thing about hitsounds.
Change audio preview time to 19150 like all other diffs. You can do this by editing the *.osu file where it says "PreviewTime:"

I think you should refer to Lanturn's Easy to see how to hitsound. Try to imitate his hitsound patterns.
Your combos are inconsistent. I suggest using new combo every 4 or 8 beats (on the big white ticks). For example: http://puu.sh/5KTsp.png I tried my best. :S I hope it is fixed now.
00:07:400 (1,3) - I think you should prevent these from overlapping. Try moving them like this: http://puu.sh/5KSWc.jpg Fixed.
00:13:150 (4,6) - When these stack in game, it makes overlap between (3,4). If you move (4,6) down 1 grid and right 1 grid (ignoring DS), it will look much better in game. There are many more overlaps which I feel can be avoided using slight shifts in placement, or maybe by increasing DS to 1.2 for the entire map. I won't list all of them, please find them yourself. I'll look for them. Thank you. :)

It can be hard for the less skilled players, especially there are no visible sliderticks indicating a speed change. Try sticking to 1.0x SV? Yeah, I know. I am thinking about a remade on normal difficulty in general. Let's see.^^

Surprisingly, I haven't found anything wrong about this difficulty :3
However, I would add a "whistle" sound at the end of this slider too 00:03:650 (1) , and same goes for the other objects of the same type (like the end of this slider at 00:05:650 (2) or this circle at 00:09:150 (2) and so on...), but it's just an opinion, you don't have to do this if you don't like it ^^

NORMAL:

The "finish" sound on any object you've chosen does not apply (like the beginning of this slide 00:19:650 (1) or this circle 00:23:650 (1) and so on). They all sound like normal sounds.

HARD:

00:10:275 - You should add a circle between the slider and the next circle, like in here:


00:11:150 (1) - Copy this slider and replace it with 00:15:150 (5,6) at the correct distance. Then remove the reverse arrow for this slider at 00:15:650 (1) and change its position in order to let a normal distance between all of them :)

INSANE:

The only suggestion that I'm doing about this difficulty is that you should use more 1/4 circles of this type 00:15:900 (2,3,4) . This is Insane after all, right ? :3

Other than that, very good job! ^^ The most interesting part was when I misunderstood "ditch those b0obs" at 00:29:650, LOL! XD

Thanks for the mod. I don't plan on adding any whistles to those notes just because of how I wanted to create a 'build-up' feel to when the song actually starts. Having really only vocals and limited background music doesn't call for much in the hitsounds department, so I'm planning on leaving the clap parts I have blank.
