Offset looks fine.

You mapped it on a totally diffrent style than you usually do, and most mappers do.
And it took out pretty damn well, nice map =D
Medium
Decrease drain rate by one or two (?)
Since alot of notes are mapped on blue ticks, which will cause alot of 100's for ''beginning'' players.
Rest looks fine.

Offset feels about 10ms early, or maybe I'm just nuts. My accuracy goes up if I use a +10 custom.
Medium:
I don't like the giant hitcircles, it usually makes maps harder to read for me, and I remember it was especially hard to read giant circles when I first started playing osu!
The map lacks hitsounds from 0:55:877 to 1:27:073, while the rest of the map has plenty. Not sure if this was intentional or not.

00:13:92 - seems odd that there isn't a circle or slider end point here, but I've never played ITG so whatever

Because Medium is going to be the easiest difficulty for this song, I suggest that it should have some more...easiness to it...
