This is pretty vague as is. I'd have to pull out the usual answers and see what's up.
You're talking about the in-game client, right? Check if your firewall is doing something. Make sure you have the latest version.

Alright, just tried logging in with a friends account and I was able to login, but I still can't login with this account(and yes its activated) I even told my friend try making a new account and try to login and he can't either so theres definately a problem with new accounts
Multi-accounting is a BANNABLE OFFENSE.

He doesn't multi account either, he simply made a new account to check to see if it was just me or the game
