Sound : the clapping sound seems have a offsets to the vocal sound

(a bit confusing about the circles on blue line... but not a big problem)
[0:21:445] (9,10,11,12) a bit confusing
[0:56:132] (6) 1/4 forward
[1:42:070] (4) better take away since there's only two cymbal sound

[2:35:859] (7) spacing
[2:47:109] (1,2,3,4,5) Why not put a circle 1/4 beat after 1,2,3,4,5 respectively？ Refer to the sound.
[3:14:765] (2) 1/4 beat backward

I think the offset is wrong because it sound not good and very high delay while I'm testing.

7690 should be better

01:07:92 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - Fix spacing.

[Special]
01:08:62 (4) - New combo.
01:48:02 (1,2,3,4) - This part... It give me strange feel about timing. Use 25% playback rate on this part and you get it.
02:40:28 (6) - Nazi. Up a bit.

Btw, try offset 15 214.

01:10:52 (3) - Inconsistent spacing. Stack with 01:09:58 (2) is much better, I think.
01:10:99 (1) - We stacked (3) already so we have to move this to other place.
