I almost want to say make bpm 164.000 but im not quite sure

easy:
00:19:26 (1) - move 1/4 back
00:40:75 (1,2) - separate these more

normal:
dont have notes before offset so I would just make offset 13,867 for all diff's (dont forget to resnap)
00:22:64 (1) - move back 1/2
01:05:45 (4) - align directly under 3 *turn off grid snap if you have to*
01:17:06 (7) - move 1/4 forward and extend by 1/4

lunatic:
00:19:17 (1) - move 1/2 back
01:16:97 (7) - move onto screen more
