Ripping audio from a video?

Hey, I was wondering if there's a way to rip an mp3 sound file from a video. I'd like to make a beatmap on an anime intro and I can't seem to find just an mp3 of it anywhere.

There's a free version of what you're after that grabs both raw audio and video.

http://www.eartmedia.com/flv-audio-extractor/index.html

This will grab the audio for you in mp3 format, as well as give you a .avi raw file.
