Alright, I did so, even though I have no idea what 'offset' means. But you know what you're talking about, based on your rank, so I'll trust your judgment. ^.^;

offset is meant to be the time when the very first beat on the song is heard (hopefully what I said is close to the first beat) :P

Oh, I get it. The offset is needed like that in case the song doesn't start on beat. That makes sense, in that case.

I would specifically put a new combo here: 01:17:13 (9), since the music notably changes here

I won't go through and point out everything, but usually it's a good idea for starting mappers to utilize more Distance Snap. The spacing of the notes is important in making it intuitive, and while the notes are sparce enough in Angelic to get away with it, the harder difficulties suffer some unintuitive spacing. For example, in standard:
00:16:06 (2,3) is spaced the same as 00:22:92 (2,3,4), yet they are differently spaced on the timeline.
Try going through the map with distance snap turned on to make it more intuitive. It's not crucial that every single note be snapped exactly as Distance Snap tells you to, but it makes for a good guideline.

Nice song, I like it. But your map needs some louder hitsounds, and a normal hitsound timing section.

00:35:99 (1,2) - I like these notes. Try to include some of them in the following section so that it isn't so boring. Like all the way to 00:59:56. And don't forget some sliders.
01:11:13 (x) - Add a note.
01:12:84 (x) - Add more.
01:14:13 (x) - Keep adding notes every beat. Make sure you monitor the hitsounds.
01:30:84 (1) - Replace with a spinner. Make an additional timing section for this spinner. The timing section can be mute, to add an effect.

Standard:
00:22:92 (2,3,4) - Hard for normal. Use a slider with slider reverses.
00:34:17 (10,11,12) - omg what is this.
00:43:27 (x) - You should make this section have notes every beat.
01:00:20 (7) - New combo
01:15:42 (10,11,12) - Please unstack. Plus that map is pretty boring.
01:20:56 (rest of song) - Use circles and sliders together, and make it follow the rhythm of the song, not this stuff.

Satanic:
For the storyboard, you can delete the "Untitled" thing from the 'Background' layer.
Also, I suggest you make the slider speed consistent with the distance spacing.
00:11:99 (x) - Put a spinner here and make it last until the very first note. Overlap the first note and get rid of it. Give the spinner a finish hitsound.
00:20:56 (1) - Not spaced correctly. You must stick to a consistent spacing in your map. From what I've seen it's 0.6x

00:24:42 (5,6,7,8) - ^
00:26:56 (10) - ^
00:31:17 (2,3,4,5,6,7) - Spacing's weird here.
00:34:17 (1,2,3) - You're not allowed eighths unless it's a slider. Make it a slider with a reverse.
00:36:42 (section) - Confusing. Do some stuff from 00:46:38, and make it a different pattern.
00:41:13 (5) - Not allowed.
00:42:84 (1,1) - Random.
00:48:42 (3,8) - You forgot claps.
00:58:49 (section) - Lacks a pattern.
01:00:20 (1) - Spinners aren't patterns. You can do one after a break, but you can't do one like this in the middle of play.
01:06:74 (1-14) - Gets boring after previous combo. Make it do something else.
01:09:84 (1) - Not rankable
01:13:70 (2-8) - Boring plus lacks pattern.
01:17:13 (10) - Replace with what you did in 01:20:77
01:24:20 (1-4) - .....you know.
01:30:84 (1) - Replace with a spinner. Make an additional timing section for this spinner. The timing section can be mute, to add an effect.
It looks like your map lacks design. If you don't have ideas, maybe look at my map? Also, the health drain is too insane for your sliders, you'll need to reduce it.

I like this song, just fix up those errors and it'll be awesome. You get a star for now, but only because of this song, and only because you're going to fix this....right?
