Spinners are iffy... It may be a little challenging getting to the next note right after the spinner for noobs... Maybe make the overall difficulty less?
00:55:91 (1) - Convert to a circle and make the slider at 00:56:398.
01:18:71 (6) - Add a clap hitsound.
01:19:19 (1) - Add clap hitsounds, and a finish on the last slider reverse.
01:24:95 (5) - Add a finish hitsound to the beginning of this slider as well.
01:26:87 (1) - Extend beginning to the red tick.
01:32:63 (1) - Add a finish hitsound to the end of this slider.
01:35:51 (2) - Add a finish hitsound
01:38:39 (3,4) - ^

I agree with minyeob that the hitsounds are too loud!
Lower the volume on the parts with the normal samples.
Also add a circle with finish at 00:28:798 on hard!

Not a bad map!

I couldn't find anything wrong but this:

I got an offset of 13,938.

The ending spinner has a bit of a "click" sound to it. Please give it a custom override hitsound, instead of just a low volume change.
