Suggestion, instead of the long slider
Add hit circles 00:02:22 - and 00:02:45 - - and a slider from 00:02:93 - till 00:03:39 -
00:18:87 (1) - Go back to red tick, end at 00:19:80 -
00:18:87 (1) - Remove new combo
*nazi modding* 00:28:24 (2) - Make this V shape look better but centering the middle anchor.. and make the ends the same heights (this is annoying me ;P)

High:
00:02:22 (1) - Remove combo
00:03:75 (1) - Move to white tick
00:17:93 (3) - New combo
00:23:79 (3) - ^
00:31:99 (1) - Remove combo
00:32:46 (1,2,3) - Map this to follow the voice?

Flying:
00:05:97 - Add a hit circle?
Overall, I think this diff. can follow the voice a bit better. Notes some seem well placed on the time line
