This map is probably going to need quite a bit of work.

The first problem is what your notes are snapping to. It seems very inconsistent. You just seem to map a long stream of quarter and half notes that sometimes don't even fit the music. You should remap this so if follows the music better. No matter what way you map though, make sure you are consistent.
Ex: 01:01:90 - y is there a gap in timing here

Spacing: Not all the spacing in your map is consistent. Ex: 01:05:64 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10) - the timing between the stacks is the same, but the spacing between them is not.
The spacing between beats should be similar to be intuitive. Also, I don't recommend you change the spacing used in each combo because there seems to be nothing to justify this spacing change. Spacing changes should be used to follow the music, so I recommend using a consistent distance snap throughout the map.

Other things:
The dark blue combo color is a little hard to see.
