OK, I understand its your first beatmap, but there were quite a few things that needed attention in this.
Mainly is the timing - what you want is BPM172.08, Offset 1,651 and 3/4(Simple Triple) timing mode.
After setting this new timing, I snapped all notes to it on 1/2 then 1/4 snap divisors and there were quite a few that snapped to the wrong place. So I went ahead and tidied things up.

I haven't touched the beat spacing yet. This will definitely need some more work. See the FAQ if you don't understand what this entails!

Good luck. With some better spacing and maybe moving some of those finish sounds to where they feel more belonging, this has potential.
