even though its pretty obvious (it took me some time to figure out lol) it would be nice if you post more information about what happens instead of eat cake :s
but yea this looks definitly like a bug. a locked spot counts as an actual player.

*Go into Multiplayer
*Make a Room
*When you are in the Room, lock 1 spot
*After locking a spot, click on the locked bar. dont click on the actual "lock image"
*after clicking the locked bar. the same options comes up as if it was an actual player there. these options comes up.
*If you click "transfer host privileges" or "cancel", nothing happens. if you click "kick player" the locked spot will open.
