There're is too much kiai in the whole map, actually this section 02:46:198 - 03:02:620 - doesn't need kiai, and without it will give the next kiai section more importance highlighting the end of the song
Add cover to the tags?

00:34:301 - 01:06:887 - how about silencing the slider body on this section, I think would sound cleaner since the song is a bit softer too
00:48:267 (6) - according to the new combo pattern you used in this diff, this should have new combo
01:00:422 (5) - same here, there should be a new combo around here
01:46:198 (1,2,3,4,5) - I suggest you to try this rhythm in this combo http://puu.sh/5Cfj8.jpg sounds better to me, in case you want to use it

02:48:525 - 02:53:956 - I felt the normal whistle in this part a bit weird, since this is the only part of the map you used it
Consider adding a break-time, doesn't have to be a long one, just so the player can at least re-position the hand or something

00:34:301 - 01:06:887 -same suggestion as Hard diff, about slider body sound
00:34:818 (2) - this is slightly touching the hp drain bar, some ppl may bug you about it
00:41:284 (7) - on the start of the slider a soft finish sounds better here, maybe with volume 40%
00:49:301 (4) - same here, but with lower volume than 40%, maybe 30 %
00:57:060 (4) - in the middle of the slider same as 00:41:284 (7) -

One thing that bugged me was that the normal sampleset pattern wasn't consistent in the whole diff, like I said above, but I guess there's not too much to do, since fixing that would take a lot of changes

When I first played it felt the slider velocity a bit fast, and then noticed was the same as Normal diff, this is not a good idea.
This also has smaller circles than Normal, at least use the same as Normal.
