I noticed this while modding an Auto Tune The News map, and I basically wanted to just watch the video at first. So I put on no fail and just didn't click anything, and at the end of the song it just sat there, playing the rest of the video and then doing nothing. I experienced the same thing when I decided to listen to Virus Alert too. All the testing I've done seems to point to having absolutely no score at all being the only thing triggering this.
