First: Use distance Snap.
Distance Snap hurt nobody. It makes the gameplay be more natural and using it, you can't miss.
Hold the "alt" and change the Distance Snap to "0,8x". Then you check EVERY note on your map. Its hard, but it's necessary.

Second: Medium grid is too high.
Press "G" to change the grid while you use distance snap. You shall use the Tiny or Small grid. They r better.

I'll mod it after you do that.
The BPM seems fine to me.

The song is pretty cool and you can make something great with this map.

Star for incentivation.

Updated. Not sure I like how some of the distance snapping worked, but I can see an improvement in overall smoothness, so there ya go.
