Did you change the offset for the new mp3?
Try offset: 1839 or 16501 (both should yield the same result) (Still, the timing does not work for the entire, so I might want to look for offset changes)

The black combo color is very hard to see against some parts of faint's video
The mp3 quality still does not seem that great at times for me.
Modded using offset given above

Normal mod:
00:16:06 (1,2,3) - spacing?
00:25:39 (9,10,11,12,13,14) - very difficult to read, add some new combos for clarification or remap this small part
(00:51:58 - 01:05:80) - do the changes on this section as I advised for the section this is a clone of
The 3 breaks in first minute seemed randomly placed, so I would just map them.
01:21:81 (3) - too close to 2
this last break seems a little bit random too, so I would map that area also
01:57:03 (4) - I don't like how part of the slider is invisible
the ending is a little abrupt

Combo mod:
00:23:61 (5) - new combo
00:37:82 (2) - new combo to add some more emphasis to 00:37:38 (1)
00:40:71 (5,1) - remove 1's new combo and add a new combo to 5 (swap new combo)
00:42:71 (4) - new combo
00:46:27 (4) - ^
00:48:71 (1) - remove new combo
(00:51:58 - 01:05:80) - do the changes on this section as I advised for the section this is a clone of
01:23:14 (5,1) - swap new combo

Timing section mod:
00:15:97, 00:16:41, 00:44:63 - move these a quarter note earlier or later so the correct hitsound will be made when a note is hit early or late.
The last timing section did not seem needed with the offset I had above.

I am a little reluctant to star this map because of some parts of the map are a little too messy for my taste, but since overall the map is okay for now, I will give a star.

01:27:07 (2) - use normal sampleset for notes like this, sounds cool
fix up the ending

Okay, here we go. This map definitely has potential, so I'm excited to see it grow.

Overall: It feels a little more "Hard" than "Normal". You might want to decide which way to push it, but if you're going for normal I'd advise against length 15 combos.

00:01:839 (1,2,3) The black approach circles are absolutely invisible against the video here. You could try either replacing the color black or switching the order of the colors. If you go with the latter run through the whole song with visibility of the black approach circles in mind cause there were a few other parts that were kinda iffy.
00:25:054 (8) Spacing's off... needs a little more room.
00:25:831 (10) Not sure this beat should exist... you're following the vocals during this combo, and this one is not only unexpected because it's not part of the vocals, but this section is kinda crowded anyway.
00:41:827 (2,3,4,5) This section is really confusing and a bit messy... but I dunno. It might be better if it weren't a black combo; once again the black approach circles are hard to see against the background here.
01:45:141 (5,6,7) While it LOOKS fine in the editor, the beat stacking in play makes the jump from 6 to 7's head really odd. 6 and 7's head are probably supposed to be in the same place, but they're just not quite on top of each other, if AIMod's red line is to be believed.
01:52:250 (4) Perhaps a preference issue, but the repeat arrow here doesn't actually correspond to anything on the song in particular.
01:56:916 (4) Oh wow, that double loop is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to see. That probably counts as an unrankable slider, but in any case it's just ick, even if it usually doesn't result in a slider break.
02:09:801 (3,4,5) Another possible preference issue, but the sudden jump from following the lyrics to following that screech/whatever you want to call it in the background really screws me up in a bad way.
02:12:022 (1,1) Two long spinners in a row is just overkill. I'd map the first spinner into something better, or perhaps just leave it as break if you can't think of anything.

Not quite ready to give it a star, but I'll be watching this.

1:51:587 (4): Shorten this slider by 1/4
2:24:241(1,2,3,4,5,6) I find this part pretty confusing

The map feels a little empty right now and needs more hitsounds.
It would also be nice with a video or a storybord (You can use this video)

Otherwise it was pretty good and i liked the song.

00:52:95 [3] i would suggest making it an even slider. sliders that are not the same on both ends looks ugly :(

01:51:17 [3] place this in the DEAD middle :)

Oh man, this is wonderful now. The only issue I have left, and it's a minor one, is that it really helps if spinners have a little dot in the middle like the default and EBA skin spinners have. The middle of the radiation symbol works but it gets covered up by Britney as you spin.

But this is definitely great and star worthy.

Please remove lighting.png or your kiai timing sections because they look really messy with each other (play the kiai section if you want to see for yourself)

01:43:58 - Nice to see a change in patterns, but tone it down a bit, it's too difficult.
