When someone ranks up, the person who's rank they overtake remains in their rank. So it looks like there are two people with the same rank. Because the person who's rank has been taken, their user tile will not update until they play again. This is also a problem with people who didn't play for a while, because even after submitting a score, their rank appears to go down while it's been going down the entire time they've been away and the tile hasn't updated.
For example, sesito has submitted a score and has risen one rank into SteRRuM's spot. So he's #32 now. But SteRRuM's AFK, and hasn't played since sesito has taken rank #32. So the user tile still appears as #32.
