Health bar taking forever to load [Resolved]

I recorded a replay of me play osu today. ( The day this is posted). It seems to only happen when i record the replay with fraps. The health bar takes a long time to load, and continues loading when the song actually starts.
Since i recorded it, I put it on youtube.

try recording in fullscreen, at a lower resolution. Thats how it worked for me.

Without looking at the video, I can say it has happened to me too. One of the main reasons I gave up recording.

I uninstalled FRAPS recently, so I can't test it anymore.

I just attempted that it still happened. I know my computer isn't the problem, i have recorded videos before and it worked just fine, but that was quite a few months ago.
