If there is at least one player without a rank (rank #00 or "?"), the room in multi shows the proper level range but not the proper rank range.
Normal multi room (with no no-rank players) shows "lv1-99 rank#1-9001".
Bugged multi room (with at least one no-rank player) shows "lv1-99 rank ?".
Should show "lv1-99 rank#1-?" or something similar.
