Did some testing and offset checks in IRC. Starred.

Also:
00:36:41 (10,1) - Spacing. Move further apart.

Had to re adjust offset. Yours Wasn't entirely perfect. :o

I believe it was because of that first timing section that started before the beat. I usually start the offset on top of the first beat.

All good now. 8-)
