Well...still need lots of improvement.

Overall:
Use distance snap for entire map.
I think you better resnap all your notes.
Lots of placement problems I found some are quite strange...

[Melting Point]
00:50:028 (2,3,4,6,7,8) - For normal difficultty (is it?) I think it is better to delete 3 and 7 otherwise it wil be too dense.
01:24:053 (7) - Place a bit near to 8. I think it will looks better.
Most notes are spaced too far.

[Boiling Point]
00:36:053 (5,6,7) - Be careful of placement.
01:19:091 (4,8) - Whistle is quite...annoying here.
