Basically it could choose random songs at a chosen (Or random!) difficulty, and you play them all in a row, keeping your current amount of life. You'd go as far as you could without dying, and at the end it'd show how many songs you cleared.

Scores from the songs would still be sent in after completion, but the amount of songs cleared would probably be just for fun, unless it only counted ranked beatmaps.

It may seem a little silly but I'm sure there's at least a few people that would fund this enjoyable.

Feels like playing MS Gundam Seed ZAFT VS Alliance Portable.

That's gonna be fun

Actually it would be kind of fun. It'd be like StepMania, where 1st stage, and on, was a different song sometimes with a modification mode and private to your own computer or computer network, would be a high score list. But, difficulty level would be limited by you; a limit to how many stars in the difficulty; for example; you're a decent player but don't want to be demolished by a 5 star or 4.5 star. You could set it between 2 stars and 4 stars. You could also rule out certain beatmaps, and choose which Modifications would not be used. You could also set the taiko-only beatmaps to only be used in Taiko mode.

Anyway, To add it all into one statement, I support this.

An event mode is already planned for the future iirc.
