The MP3 is pretty long. I'd cut it by about 2 minutes.
Consider using custom combo colours.

I found the offset about 10ms late, but someone should check that.

In general, I'd have shorter combos. Offset is different from the others by 1ms, but it doesn't really matter.

00:54:059 (5,6) - Not lined up. (not that important, but might look better if it was lined up and curved slightly more)

[Hard]

I recommend ending it where Larto's HARD ROCK! ended.

03:18:014 (1) - I felt there were a few too many whistles in this section.
05:00:088 (2) - How does this one note get unsnapped?
